It's your choice. Many customers of our house cleaning service prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm codes.
Your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only Sparkle Cleaning managers have access. The key is issued to the cleaning service team leader on the day of your clean. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to the secured container.

While most of our customers prefer a weekly or a bi-weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes less frequently. One-time cleaning and moving in/out clean up is also an option. If I sign up for long-term service, will the same person be in my home each time? We make every effort to ensure that the same staff members will be cleaning your home. If it so happens that the regular maid is not able to make the job, we will contact you to make sure you are aware of the change.
If you would like us to be at your home at a specific time, we recommend that you sign up for service either at the beginning of the day or the end of the day. As we clean homes during the day, we often encounter things that delay our arrival at our next home, like traffic, or a customer who would like some additional help. For midday service, we give you a window of time for our arrival.
So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.
If you see a problem while the team is in your home, you can talk to the team captain, who will make immediate efforts to correct the problem. Or you can contact the office staff, who will work with the team to quickly correct the problem and enforce our guarantee.
Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check or credit card. If you aren't home during our first visit, we will ask you for the full estimated amount, plus tax. If it takes less time than we estimated, we will refund the difference or apply it to our next visit, as you prefer. On regularly scheduled visits, we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen countertop. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we will handle that process from our cleaning service office.
